These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services provided by Lift N Take (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By scheduling, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
We provide junk removal, hauling, and related clean-up services. Services are scheduled by phone, text, online form, or onsite. We may refuse service if conditions are unsafe or outside our scope.
Quotes and pricing
Prices are provided upfront and may be confirmed onsite based on volume, weight, access, and materials. Surcharges may apply for specialty items (e.g., appliances with refrigerant, construction debris, hazardous or unusually heavy items). If scope changes, we will communicate an updated price before proceeding.
Access and preparation
You agree to provide safe access to the property and items. Please secure pets, clear walkways, and disclose any hazards (chemicals, sharp objects, infestations, structural risks). We do not handle hazardous waste unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Payment terms
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated. We accept major cards and other methods as communicated. Invoices not paid when due may incur late fees or collection costs.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give us reasonable notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee to cover travel and scheduling costs.
Property condition and damage
We take reasonable care when removing items. Report any concerns immediately and no later than 48 hours after service. Our liability for damages, if any, is limited to the lesser of repair costs or the price paid for the specific service visit.
Disposal and donation
We handle disposal, recycling, and donation at our discretion consistent with local regulations. Title to items transfers to us upon removal unless otherwise agreed.
Limitations of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from services or site use. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the services, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State where services are provided, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
